Privacy policy

Last updated August 23rd, 2026. This site collects almost nothing. What follows describes the little it does.

Who is responsible

iB3 SA, Via Moncucco 33, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland. info@ib3.ch, +41 (0)91 993 2036.

What we collect

Contact form. If you send a message, we process the name, organisation, email address and message text you provide, for the sole purpose of replying. The message is delivered by email to info@ib3.ch. It is not stored in a database on this website.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser identification — as a technical and security necessity. These are retained by the provider for a limited period and are used for security and aggregate visitor statistics only.

We collect nothing else. There is no account, no profiling and no automated decision-making on this website.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets no cookies. It loads no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising, no social media widgets and no external fonts. Your browser makes no request to any third party when you visit these pages. Visitor statistics are derived server-side from the access logs described above.

The only external destination on this site is the link to synthesight.ch, which you reach only by clicking it.

Where the data is

This website and its logs are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. Email sent through the contact form is delivered to a Swiss-hosted mailbox. No personal data from this website is transferred outside Switzerland or the EU.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as the correspondence is commercially relevant, and deleted thereafter. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited technical period.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing, or request its transfer. Write to info@ib3.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
